Our 2026 Annual Spring Lecture Series will be held on March 14, 2026 at St. Martin’s Lutheran Church, 1120 Spa Road, Annapolis, Maryland. Alison Milligan – a Watershed Steward, Master Gardener, Master Naturalist and Certified Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional (CBLP) – will present “Gardening with Native Plants: One Square Yard at a Time.” Using her own photos, Milligan will explain and demonstrate:
- How and why to use native plants in your own yard
- Concrete solutions for various site locations and conditions
- Practical ideas and money saving tips for both novice and experienced native plant enthusiasts alike including site assessment, plant selection and best practice planting techniques
